Products are not consumer goods and are not offered, labeled, promoted, or intended for human consumption, animal consumption, veterinary use, cosmetic use, food use, drug use, dietary supplement use, medical use, clinical use, household use, agricultural use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any other use outside controlled research environments.
The buyer acknowledges that products may require specialized knowledge, proper storage, controlled handling, appropriate safety procedures, and compliance with applicable laws and institutional protocols.
2. No Human or Animal Use
Products sold by Phase One Labz must not be ingested, injected, inhaled, implanted, applied topically, administered, compounded, mixed for administration, or otherwise introduced into or onto any human or animal body.
Products must not be used in connection with self-experimentation, personal wellness, bodybuilding, weight loss, anti-aging, cosmetic enhancement, treatment, prevention, diagnosis, cure, mitigation, or management of any disease, condition, symptom, or physical objective.
Any use of a product for human or animal purposes is strictly prohibited, unauthorized, outside the intended use of the product, and solely the responsibility of the buyer or end user.
3. No Medical, Health, Cosmetic, or Performance Claims
Phase One Labz does not make, support, authorize, adopt, or endorse any medical, health, therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, cosmetic, bodybuilding, weight-loss, anti-aging, wellness, performance, or disease-related claim regarding any product.
Product names, product categories, descriptions, batch references, images, ingredient references, certificate references, blog content, educational content, or third-party information are provided solely for identification, catalog organization, research-reference, and transparency purposes.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice, veterinary advice, dosage guidance, formulation guidance, compounding instructions, treatment guidance, safety guidance for living organisms, or a recommendation for use in or on any living organism.
4. Buyer Qualification and Eligibility

6. Prohibited Uses

Products may not be used in any manner that violates law, regulation, professional standards, institutional policies, public safety requirements, or Phase One Labz policies.
7. No Instructions for Use in Living Organisms
Phase One Labz does not provide dosage information, administration routes, cycle information, formulation instructions, compounding instructions, mixing instructions, reconstitution instructions for administration, or instructions for use in humans or animals.
Any customer request for information related to human or animal use may be refused, documented, and may result in order cancellation, account restriction, or refusal of service.
Information related to storage, packaging, batch documentation, or product identification is not an instruction or recommendation for use in or on a living organism.
8. Product Handling and Storage
The buyer is responsible for ensuring products are handled, stored, secured, documented, and disposed of in accordance with applicable laws, safety standards, facility protocols, and good laboratory practices.
Phase One Labz is not responsible for loss, degradation, contamination, misuse, improper storage, improper handling, exposure to heat, exposure to light, unauthorized transfer, or any consequence resulting from buyer conduct after delivery.
Any storage information provided by Phase One Labz is general in nature and does not replace professional judgment, institutional rules, or applicable safety requirements.
9. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
Phase One Labz reserves the right to refuse, cancel, hold, review, limit, or request verification for any order at its sole discretion.
Orders may be refused or cancelled due to suspected misuse, prohibited intent, fraud risk, chargeback risk, regulatory concern, unusual purchasing patterns, inaccurate information, restricted destination, resale concern, compliance concern, or violation of any policy.
If an order is cancelled by Phase One Labz before fulfillment, any available remedy will be handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
10. No Transfer of Responsibility
The buyer may not shift responsibility to Phase One Labz for the buyer’s own misuse, unlawful conduct, failure to review laws, failure to follow safety procedures, failure to maintain proper storage, or failure to understand product restrictions.
The buyer agrees that once a product is delivered to the shipping address provided, the buyer is responsible for lawful possession, secure storage, appropriate handling, and prevention of unauthorized access or misuse.
11. Documentation and Certificates
Certificates of Analysis, batch references, lot references, purity references, or other documentation may be provided for transparency and identification only.
Documentation does not transform a product into a drug, food, cosmetic, dietary supplement, medical device, approved therapy, approved diagnostic product, or consumer product.
Documentation should not be interpreted as a representation that a product is safe or suitable for human or animal use.
12. Customer Acknowledgment

13. Violation of This Policy
Violation of this policy may result in order cancellation, account termination, refusal of future service, reporting of suspected fraud or unlawful activity where appropriate, and preservation of transaction records for legal or compliance purposes.
Phase One Labz may refuse support, replacement, refund, credit, or other assistance where misuse, unauthorized use, prohibited intent, or policy violation is suspected.
14. Policy Controls Over Conflicting Content
If any product description, image, third-party statement, customer comment, marketing language, or website content could be interpreted inconsistently with this Research Use Only Policy, this Research Use Only Policy controls.
No employee, contractor, agent, customer, affiliate, third party, or representative is authorized to waive this policy unless approved in writing by Phase One Labz leadership.
