1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of research-use-only materials, product integrity requirements, chain-of-custody concerns, storage sensitivity, contamination risk, compliance requirements, and the inability to verify handling after shipment, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Phase One Labz in writing.
By placing an order, you agree that you have reviewed the product, size, price, shipping address, policies, and research-use-only restrictions before checkout.
2. No Returns
Returned products cannot be accepted for resale due to product integrity, contamination, storage, tampering, and chain-of-custody concerns.
Do not return products without written authorization from Phase One Labz.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or ineligible for refund, credit, replacement, or reshipment.
3. No Refunds for Buyer Error
No refunds will be issued for incorrect product selection, incorrect size, incorrect quantity, incorrect address, duplicate order, failure to read descriptions, failure to read policies, failure to understand research-use-only restrictions, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, order refusal, missed delivery, package abandonment, or inability to lawfully receive the product.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before placing an order.
4. No Refunds for Misuse or Prohibited Use
No refund, replacement, credit, or support will be provided for any product that has been used, opened, handled improperly, stored improperly, contaminated, altered, transferred, resold, repackaged, relabeled, or used for any prohibited purpose.
Any indication of human use, animal use, unauthorized resale, illegal use, or violation of our Research Use Only Policy may void all support options.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Once an order is placed, it may immediately enter payment review, compliance review, inventory allocation, packaging, label creation, or fulfillment.
If we approve a cancellation before fulfillment, any refund or credit will be handled at our discretion and may exclude non-refundable processing fees, payment fees, shipping fees, or other costs where permitted by law.
6. Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable
Shipping fees, handling fees, insurance fees, payment processing fees, and carrier-related fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved in writing.
If a shipment is delayed, returned, refused, lost due to address error, marked delivered, or affected by carrier issues, shipping fees will not be refunded.
7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you believe you received a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, you must contact Phase One Labz within 48 hours of the delivery scan.
You must provide your order number, tracking number, photos of the outer package, photos of the inner packaging, photos of all items received, label photos, and a clear description of the issue.
Failure to provide required evidence or failure to notify us within the 48-hour window may result in denial of any remedy.
8. Remedies for Verified Fulfillment Errors
If Phase One Labz determines, in its sole discretion, that a verified fulfillment error occurred, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial credit, reshipment, or other remedy.
Cash refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.
Any remedy may require customer cooperation, documentation, package preservation, carrier claim cooperation, or return authorization where legally and operationally appropriate.
9. Packages Marked Delivered
Orders marked delivered by the carrier are generally considered delivered.
No refund will be issued for packages marked delivered but allegedly missing, stolen, misplaced, or taken after delivery, unless required by law or expressly approved in writing.
Customers should secure their delivery location and retrieve packages promptly.
10. Carrier Delays and Lost Packages
Carrier delays do not qualify for refund.
If a package appears lost in transit, we may assist with carrier claim information where available, but we do not guarantee refund, replacement, or reshipment.
Carrier claims are subject to carrier procedures, timelines, limitations, and evidence requirements.
11. Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages
No refund is guaranteed for refused, returned, abandoned, undeliverable, unclaimed, or address-problem shipments.
If a package is returned, additional fees may apply and the product may be ineligible for resale or reshipment due to chain-of-custody concerns.
Any exception is at Phase One Labz’s sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact Phase One Labz before initiating any chargeback, bank dispute, payment reversal, or payment claim.
Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account termination, refusal of future service, cancellation of pending orders, loss of rewards or credits, and submission of evidence to payment processors, banks, fraud-prevention networks, or other appropriate parties.
We reserve the right to recover costs, fees, chargeback penalties, and losses associated with improper disputes to the extent permitted by law.
13. Rewards, Cashback, Credits, and Discounts
Rewards, cashback, points, credits, and discounts are not cash and have no cash redemption value unless expressly stated.
If an order is cancelled, disputed, reversed, adjusted, flagged for fraud, or determined to violate policy, associated rewards, cashback, points, credits, or discounts may be reversed, removed, reduced, or cancelled.
Promotional credits may expire, be limited, or be modified at any time unless prohibited by law.
14. Final Decision
All refund, replacement, store credit, cancellation, reshipment, and exception decisions are made by Phase One Labz in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
No employee, contractor, support representative, agent, or third party is authorized to override this Refund Policy unless confirmed in writing by Phase One Labz leadership.
